Student Learning Space (SLS)

Student Learning Space (SLS) is an online learning portal that allows all students to have equal access to quality curriculum-aligned resources. These resources are available to all students for major subjects from primary to pre-university level. In line with the development of 21st Century Competencies (21CC), the SLS encourages learners to be self-directed, and allows them to personalize their learning according to their needs and interests. SLS will be a key platform to support schools in their home-based learning (HBL) measures.

1. I have forgotten my username. What should I do?

Your username is usually the first 5 characters of your full name and last 4 digits of birth cert or NRIC together with the alphabet, e.g. TANAH2345X.

Note: Usernames will not contain spaces or special characters such as apostrophes (‘) and hyphens (-).

2. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

(a) Reset Your Password Via Email
(b) Reset Your Password by Answering Security Questions
(c) Reset Your Password by Contacting the School-based Helpline as listed below.
(d) Reset Your Password by Contacting the SLS Helpline as listed below.

SLS Support for Home-based Learning

1. School Operating Hours
During school operating hours, students should contact the School-based Helpline  for SLS queries including all SLS access matters such as password reset and unlocking of accounts, as well as queries about lesson assignments.

For other matters, students can email the SLS Helpdesk at helpdesk@sls.ufinity.com. When emailing the SLS Helpdesk, they should include their full name, name of school and form class.

2. Non-School Operating Hours
Students can only contact the SLS Helpline  outside the school operating hours.
